As the architect for Agentic AI in the AI Core Team, I design and build complex AI systems — including multi-agent systems for use cases like Voice and Deep Research. I established rapid prototyping processes for agile validation of radical technology approaches with business units. A central achievement: a RAG system with 98% domain-expert-confirmed response quality at thousands of daily interactions. I also develop and present AI strategies for top management to scale prototypes, and represent the company as an industry AI expert and speaker at national conferences.

As founder and CTO, I drove the strategic development and technical pivot of the company — from a data-driven marketing agency to a platform startup. I owned the end-to-end software architecture of our scalable Flutter-based platform, translated customer requirements into technical features, and steered data-driven business decisions. Alongside the technical work, I handled B2B sales and pitched the technical vision to successfully win clients.
